There are a couple of courses and workshops I offer.

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction (MBSR) - 8 week program

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course is very practical and gives people the opportunity to develop an individual personal practice. Training the mind to be aware of your thoughts, emotions and body sensations. Learning to observe them and to get a better relationship with them. It also promotes better attention skills, more compassion towards yourself and others, and less reactivity. This program (8 sessions of 2 hours) gives beginners the space to learn the skills of Mindfulness in a supportive safe small group setting. A short video on MBSR by Jon Kabat-Zinn

Mindful coaching session(s)

If you are interested in Mindfulness but you cannot commit to a 8 week course, then Mindful coaching might be interesting for you.  During these individual coaching sessions I explain what Mindfulness is (and what it is not), and how it could help you to deal with stress, thoughts and difficult emotions. You will learn how to integrate Mindfulness into your daily life by practicing being more aware of your habits and reactions.

Introduction to Mindfulness

During this down-to-earth workshop, I will explain what Mindfulness is (and what it is not). You will experience how to practice and how you might integrate Mindfulness into your daily life.

The workshop is developed for everyone who would like to make choices in how they want to live their life and to get a better understanding how to deal with stress and difficult emotions.
