This website, www.mindtreat.org, is run by Suzan Grootscholten (MINDtreat), Cañada del Cura, Godelleta, Valencia, Spain. Phone: +34 648 47 01 81. You can also reach us through the contact form.
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, or call or message us, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, email address and message, and if you provide them, your phone number, organisation and the service you are interested in. Form messages are sent by email to Suzan and are not stored on the website.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you open a page.
Why we use your data
Only to answer your question and to correspond with you about coaching, a programme or a stay — based on your consent when you send the form, and to take steps you ask for before an agreement. If you become a client, we also keep the data needed for invoicing and administration, as required by law.
Who else sees your data
- Google — our email provider (Google Workspace). Google may process data outside the EU under its standard contractual clauses.
- Bluehost — our hosting provider, which technically transmits form messages and stores the website files.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship plus any period required by Spanish tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us through the contact form or by phone. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
